Middlesex was excited to welcome Dexter Southfield to Concord for a senior day game celebrating five amazing seniors: Sophia Beni, Anna Bonazzoli, Lucia Cook, Finley Crosby and Sophie Watson. There was plenty of energy and this gave the Zebras plenty of momentum so they were able to score on two corners in the first quarter. The Middlesex midfielders, led by Sophie Watson, Sarah Smith and Avery Swenson, did a fantastic job stifling Dexter's speedy and explosive midfielders. The game was 3-0 at half time and Middlesex found the back of the net two more times in the final half. The final goal was an exciting moment as senior Sophia Beni scored her first career on senior day in front of her family and friends. The Zebras look forward to their game against BBN on Wednesday for another ISL battle.
