On another beautiful sunny Saturday, the Middlesex Zebras traveled down to Thayer Academy for an ISL match-up. From the first whistle, Middlesex's passing could not be stopped and they attacked from all areas of the field. Freshman, Tessa Rusconi pounced on a rebound on a corner shot 5 minutes into the game and scored the first goal. The Zebras never looked back and maintained the momentum for much of the game. Five different players scored and 6 different players earned assists. Goalie, Anna Rusconi, also had a few key saves in the 3rd quarter. Overall, it was a great team moment for everyone to showcase their growth. The Zebras have a bit of a break as they do not play again until Friday, at home, against Dexter Southfield, who is also having a strong season.Â
