Middlesex traveled to Governor's Academy on a seasonably warm day. The Zebras took a while to find their footing, and Govs was able to set the pace of play in the first half. However, the Zebras did not lose their patience and slowly began to regain the momentum. In the second half, the Zebras stood strong but a defensive breakdown led to a goal by Govs. MX answered with a goal of their own within 3 minutes. In the final quarter, the Zebras found the back of the cage with the game ending 2-1. Middlesex is looking forward to their game on Friday against a strong Groton team.
