The Middlesex Girls' Varsity Hockey team lost in the final minutes of a tightly fought game against Dexter Southfield. Throughout the game, Middlesex pummeled the goalie with shots but could not sneak the puck past her for a goal. The game remained scoreless until the final minutes when Dexter Southfield was able to notch a goal to take the lead. Although Middlesex battled back and tried to tie up the game, time ran out before that was possible. Middlesex will be back in action on Wednesday against Tabor on Wednesday.
