Middlesex lost in a close game to Brooks this past Friday. The game remained scoreless after the first period, and Brooks got on the board early in the second period with two goals. Middlesex fought their way back into the game and put a point on the board when Ali Joseph scored off a rebound from Izzy Allieri's shot. Middlesex had two breakaways later in the game but the team was not able to sneak a tying goal past the goalie. Daisy Boynton had a standout game in net and turned away countless shots by Brooks' offense.
