Coming off of Winter Break, Middlesex faced off against Berwick on the road. Berwick was able to put two pucks in the net in the first two periods as Middlesex dusted off their vacation legs. At the start of the third period, Middlesex put the puck in the net right away when Kiley Briand chased the puck down the end of the ice to prevent the icing call, fed the puck to Izzy Allieri who rocketed a shot on net. The goalie gave up a rebound and Briand was there to tuck the puck away for Middlesex's first goal. Berwick came back strong and managed to find the back of the net three more times. While the game did not turn out the way Middlesex wanted, the team skated and competed hard and are ready to get back on the ice for their next match up against Worcester Academy on Saturday.
