The Middlesex Girls' Varsity Hockey team faced off against a tough Tabor team this past Monday. Tabor got on the board early with two goals in the first period. Middlesex kept bringing the puck into Tabor's end but could not capitalize on the rebounds left behind by the goalie. During the second period, Tabor again put two goals on the scoreboard as they pressured the Middlesex defense. Although Middlesex had some great opportunities, they could not sneak one past the Tabor goalie. In the third period, Tabor put three more on the board, but Middlesex refused to quit and continued to pressure Tabor all over the ice until the final buzzer. Middlesex will face off against BBN on the road this Wednesday.
