Middlesex faced a challenging Lawrence team in their ISL match up Wednesday afternoon. Lawrence scored first early in the period and then put another one before the end of the period. Lawrence scored again at the start of the second period, but then Middlesex got on the board with a goal of their own. Kiley Briand scored on a breakaway after receiving a pass from Ali Joseph. At the top of the third period, Lawrence scored again but then Middlesex answered back a minute later when Briand scored again assisted by Izzy Allieri and Itsy Seeman. Although they kept up intense pressure, Middlesex was not able to sneak another one past the Lawrence goalie before the end of the game.
