Girls' Varsity Field Hockey came out focused and energized on a beautiful fall afternoon against Milton Academy. The first half was evenly balanced with the Zebras earning several offensive corners and stifling many offensive rushes from Milton. Milton scored on a corner with 5:43 remaining in the first half and quickly popped in another 10 minutes into the 2nd half. However, Middlesex continued to fight with relentless hustle from the midfielders and constant communication from the defensive end. The game ended with Middlesex putting great pressure on Milton's defense who were packed into the circle. However, Milton's goalie made some fantastic saves. The Zebras look forward to their next ISL match against Lawrence Academy on Wednesday.
