Girls' Varsity Ice Hockey fell short in a battle of the Zebras Wednesday afternoon. Middlesex scored first when senior captain Mary Demoulas riffled a shot from the point past the Groton goaltender. Assists were given to Jac White '17 and Carly Kreytak '19. But it was all Groton after that as Middlesex struggled to find their pace. In the third period, Middlesex settled in to their game but were unable to convert.
