Following a regular season matchup just seven days earlier, the Zebras took on ISL rival BBN in the Quarterfinals of the NEPSAC Class B Tournament Wednesday afternoon. The game went back and forth, and both teams earned opportunities in their respective offensive circles.  The Zebras notched an early goal in the first half to take the 1-0 lead, but the BBN Knights refused to back down. Perhaps the most explosive and athletic offense in the league, BBN came barreling down the field on several occasions, but the poised and steady Zebras defensive team stymied the fast breaks.

In the second half, the teams pressured hard in their offensive circles but both goaltenders held strong to prevent a tally.  In the final minutes, the Knights put forth their biggest surge and earned two corners; however, the Middlesex defensive corner team cleared the ball to secure the win and advance to the Semifinals at #1 Rivers on Saturday, November 19. Game time is set for 2:00 PM.
