Middlesex traveled to Newport to compete against St. George's for the final regular season game of the year.  The Dragons came out firing and the Zebras couldn't find a groove on the grass surface.  While the Zebras dominated much of the play as the game continued, the offense couldn't get the ball past a tenacious St. George's keeper.  In the second half, Middlesex pressured right away and the team came within inches of notching a goal on several occasions, but they could not find the back of the net.  The defensive unit broke down a few St. George's runs, but the forwards and middies had control of the ball for much of the afternoon.  Finally, with 5:15 remaining in the game, Stella Noels fired the ball past the goalie for the win.
