Middlesex boys lacrosse finally put together 48 minutes of good lacrosse. The Zebras went up 4-1 in the first quarter, because of the success of Sam Carlin at the faceoff and the patient play of the offense. MX extended the lead to 7-1 by half and 12-3 by the end of three. The defense and goalkeeper played very solid lacrosse and cleared the ball well in transition, ending with a final score of 15-5. However, one cannot rest on one's laurels for long in this league. Every game will be a challenge. Saturday, the Zebras face Thayer Academy, who won the league last spring.
