Middlesex Girls' Varsity Ice Hockey fell to St. Paul's School 7-0, in an ISL matchup Wednesday afternoon in Concord, N.H. St. Paul's took an early two goal lead in the first period but the Zebras continued to fight, putting the puck on net during two powerplay opportunities. In the second, the hosts scored twice more as Middlesex struggled to break the puck out of the defensive zone. St. Paul's took three penalties in the second period but their goalkeeper was there for the saves as Leah Olson '15, Pauline Santry '17 and Jac White '17 put shots on net. St. Paul's added to their lead in the third with three goals and held of the visitors for the shutout. Caroline Silk '18 posted 28 saves in net.
