Middlesex Girls' Varsity Ice Hockey skated past ISL rival Thayer Academy Saturday afternoon as three different Zebras put the puck in the back of the net. Sophomore Jac White opened the scoring in the first period off an assist from senior Leah Olson. The Zebras maintained their one goal lead through the second period but Thayer tied the game just four minutes into the third.

Olson stepped up and drilled a shot past the Thayer goalkeeper for the go ahead midway through the third period and freshman Katie Powers gave the Zebras some insurance as she buried a rebound in front of the net for her first career goal.
