The Zebras traveled to St. Mark's and battled hard in a terrific game of field hockey.  Middlesex maintained possession of the ball for much of the first 10 minutes of play with creative passing sequences.  However, St. Mark's began to battle back, challenging the Zebras for 50-50 balls and making terrific stops in their circle.  St. Mark's eventually found the back of the net in a scrum in front of the keeper with 16:54 remaining in the half.  That would be the only tally of the game as the game went back and forth in the second half.  Although Middlesex was disappointed to notch their first loss of the season, the team is looking forward to rallying for another big ISL matchup against St. Paul's on Wednesday.
