After two days of hard work and honing skills in practice, the Zebra stepped onto the field with a "must win" attitude.  In the first seven minutes of play, Claire Miller put Middlesex on the board after several Zebras peppered the Lawrence goalie with shots.  Determined to stay focused, the Zebras took a quick time out and recharge.  The midfielders and forwards connected for several key passing combinations, leading to another goal from Eleanor Herring with 13 minutes remaining in the half.  In the second half, the Middlesex defensive unit stepped up, keeping a more aggressive Lawrence team from goalies Olson and DeSimone.  The Zebras rallied for their first win of the season and look forward to continued momentum on Friday at Brooks.
