Brooks came to town yesterday with a new coaching staff and a renewed spirit for the game of lacrosse, and this showed.  They handled the ball well and played an aggressive style of defense. 

Bryson and AJ got a goal each early in the first period before Brooks answered back late in the first, making the score 2-1.  We had a lot of possession time with thanks to Sam who was a dominant face off man again.  The Brooks goalie made a lot of good stops and kick saves to keep the Bishops close.  We simply couldn't put them away. 

After going up early in the fourth period with a nice dodge and shot by Charlie, we were done scoring for the afternoon and held off our opponents who had a number of good looks at our cage.  Both of our goaltenders played well today and helped preserve our 6-3 win.
