Willy returned to the classroom in 2023, having spent two years as a guide for Victor Emanuel Nature Tours. He received his A.B. in history and science from Harvard and later earned an M.A.T. in science education at Cornell and an M.S. in conservation biology and sustainable development at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. An experienced researcher and educator, he has journeyed from New Mexico to New Hampshire and from Wisconsin to South Carolina in the course of his career. Willy lives on campus with his wife Jecca, who is the head of the Middlesex English Department, and their sons, Otis ’21 and Hank ’23. He will assist with coaching track in the spring.
