Ravn comes to Middlesex from Phillips Academy Andover, where she has been a two-year teaching fellow in physics and a summer instructor in astronomy. An Andover alumna, she majored in physics, with a minor in math, at The College of William and Mary. After receiving a B.S. summa cum laude, Ravn spent a year as a research assistant in an experimental physics lab at the University of Arizona before earning her M.S. in optical science at the University’s Wynant College of Optical Sciences. Ravn will serve as a dorm assistant in Bryant-Paine House and assist with coaching thirds volleyball this year.
