After graduating from Middlesex in 1999, Erika had already returned to campus as a girls’ crew coach, leading her fourth boat to a New England Championship in 2005, before she joined the faculty as an assistant director of admissions in 2008. Erika graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a B.A. in psychology. Having learned to row at Middlesex, Erika was also a four-year varsity rower at Connecticut College and captained the team in her senior year. She completed her M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where she had served as a research associate. Prior to starting her master’s degree, she worked in admissions and coached rowing at Choate Rosemary Hall. Erika is a dorm assistant in Kravis, where she lives with her husband Will and their three sons.
