Middlesex School Athletics

David Henriquez began his role as Athletics Operations Manager in August 2026.

In his role, Henriquez assists in the oversight of game day, event and facility operations. His other responsibilities include certain aspects of team travel and logistics, as well as serving as the contact person for outside vendors and facility requests.

Prior to his arrival at Middlesex, Henriquez served as the assistant equipment manager at Harvard University where he worked closely with the football, basketball and lacrosse programs. He also assisted with game day operations and handled setup and breakdown of equipment and field materials for practices and games.

Henriquez started as an intern at New England Flag Football League (NEFFL) and was then promoted to operations associate where he oversaw logistics and on field operations for the year-round league that also hosted tournaments throughout New England.

A former four-year member of the Endicott College football program, Henriquez appeared in 17 career games, as the Gulls emerged as one of the region’s best teams, advancing to the NCAA Tournament and winning the Commonwealth Coast Conference championship in all four of seasons.

Henriquez is very familiar with NEPSAC athletics, having spent his high school years at the New Hampton School. There he was a member of the Huskies football and basketball teams, earning All-Evergreen honors in football as a senior.

A native of Panama City, Panama, Henriquez graduated from Endicott with a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2024.
