Since joining the faculty in 2023, Konrad has taught all levels of French, coached JV alpine skiing, served as on-dorm faculty, and led a French program trip to Morocco. Originally from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Konrad attended the Walnut Hill School for the Arts before earning a B.A. summa cum laude in French Studies from Boston University and an M.A. in French Studies from the University of Minnesota. He completed additional coursework at the Université du Québec à Montréal and the Graduate French School at Middlebury College. In addition to his five years in boarding schools, Konrad has also taught French to middle school, college, and adult students. Beyond French, Konrad is passionate about German, classical and medieval languages, theology, and good coffee. He lives in Landry House with his family.
