Final Results
BERLIN, Conn. - Anchored by a top 15 finish from defending champion Lucy Wang (Diamond Bar, Calif.), the Middlesex girls foursome turned in an impressive fourth place finish at the 2026 Pippy O'Connor Golf Championship on Monday afternoon at Shuttle Meadow Country Club.
Hamden Hall laid claim to the overall team championship (+26) and they were followed by Phillips Andover (+32), Phillips Exeter (+35) and then the Zebras (+38).
Milton Academy's Darby Yang was the only player to finish under par (-2) as she recorded an eagle on the par fifth hole and then birdies on the first, eighth and 18th holes.
Wang, meanwhile, was the recipient of the Izzy Marley Award, given annually to the senior golfer who embodies the spirit of Izzy Marley which includes character, camaraderie and dedication in girls' golf.
After a slow start, Wang found her groove after recording a birdie on the par four fifth hole, she then went on to record par on six of the next seven holes and finish with a 78 (+7).
Ellie McCalmon (Easton, Md.) and Olivia Zhang (Vancouver, British Columbia) both carded 81 (+10), while freshman Pink Ye (Brisbane, Australia) was right on their heels with an 82 (+11).
Middlesex is back in action on Wednesday when they host Saint Mark's and Saint Sebastian's.
