Marion, Mass. - Led by four top ten finishes in the varsity race, Middlesex girls varsity cross country opened their ISL season with first place team finishes in both the varsity and junior varsity races at Washburn Park on Saturday afternoon.

Stella Curwin-Amfitheatrof '26 blazed her way to a first-place individual finish, registering a time of 19:15 - 35 seconds ahead of the race's second place finisher.

Joining Curwin-Amfitheatrof in the top ten were Cassidy Bruno '26, who finished fourth (20:11), Jude Hebb '29, who churned out a sixth place effort in 20:12 and Cate Corbett '26 crossed the finish line in 21:44, good for tenth place.

Final team scores were as follows:
Win: MX 19, Tabor 40

Win: MX 22, BB&N 37

The Zebras are back in action on Saturday when they host Milton Academy and Thayer Academy at 2:40 PM.
