The Middlesex Boys Varsity Tennis team defeated a young Lawrence Academy team at home on April 23rd.  The boys have started to gel as a team and are hitting their stride as we approach the midpoint of the campaign.  The Zebras were too much for LA Spartans, as Middlesex swept all three doubles matches, as well as all six singles competitions.  One particular aspect of the Middlesex team this year is its depth, with strong players at each of the slots and a deep bench of boys who can step up into spots where necessary.  Particular recognition is due to junior Milo Schubnel for anchoring the team's #6 singles slot, winning all but two of his matches so far this year.  The team takes on rival Rivers at home on April 25th.
