Middlesex traveled to Groton to face the "other" Zebras in an ISL Class B matchup. Middlesex controlled the game from the opening whistle, but Groton continued to fight and kept the score close throughout the first half. Middlesex went on a run in the third, led by Rebecca Fusco '28, who scored 9 points in the quarter to put MX ahead by 12. Groton closed the gap late in the fourth, but Middlesex ran down the clock to finish ahead of Groton 52-43. Shout out to freshman Cady White, who stayed aggressive and had a breakout game on the boards, and senior captain Julia Blum for great effort on both ends of the floor. Middlesex goes into their final two games of the season 14-7 in NEPSAC and 6-5 in the ISL.
