On a cold January evening, Middlesex Nordic Skiing competed under clear skies in the 5km skate race at Weston Ski Track in the second Friday Night Lights race series. The MX Girls' took first place ahead of Andover and Rivers, while the Boys' team tied for 3rd with Rivers. Belmont Hill won the boys race followed by Andover in second. Individual highlights were Angela Huffer, who finished 2nd, Alex Hood, who finished 4th, Avery Green, who finished 5th, Abby Tribush, who finished 7th, Pipsa Palatsi, who finished 8th, and Avery Keller, who finished 10th. The top boys' finishers were Terry Qi, who finished 9th and Martin Erath, who finished 14th. The team returns to the snow on Wednesday, January 29th at Holderness.
