On Saturday afternoon,  the MX Golf team traveled to Byfield to play Gov's and St. George's at Ould Newbury GC for the first tri-match of the season.  The Zebras were able to best Gov's 5-2 and St' George's 4-3.  Ian King in the #3 position was able to take down his Gov's opponent 3&2 and won his match with the St. George Dragon on the final hole to go 1up.  At #4, Nolan Marsters was able to defeat the Gov's player 3&1 and his St. G's opponent 2up. Ellie McCalmon at #5 remains undefeated this season earning a 1 Up win over Gov's and 3&1 with St. George's. Rounding out the players earning full points in both matches, Connor Wright at the #7 slot was able to better both of his challengers 3&2.  Adding half points in the Gov's match were captain Andrew Yang at #1 and George Leness at #6.  This leaves the team at 2-1 in league play.
