Middlesex closed out 2024 with the Pingree Holiday Tournament, where they went 2-1 to improve to 6-1 overall. In the opening matchup against Pingree, MX trailed for most of the game but was able to close the gap in the third quarter. They tied Pingree off free throws from Kylee Shah '25 to take the game into overtime, where the Zebras fell to Pingree 42-47. On day two of the tournament, Middlesex posted big wins against both Winsor (61-35) and Greenwich Academy (59-33). In both games, once Middlesex settled, they were able to keep the ball moving offensively and shut down their opponents on defense. Shout outs go to Julia Blum '25 for her tireless, gritty determination and Audrey Milewski '27 for making key plays on both ends throughout the tournament.
