BB&N hosted Middlesex under the lights for their Senior Night with temperatures in the low 70s in early November.  The first half hour was rather cagey, as both sides probed and looked for space to attack without exposing themselves much.  Will McCarthy '28 opened the scoring with a close range header that went in off the post for Middlesex on a feed from Adriano Valmora '28.  Quinn Falvey '26 doubled the lead just three minutes later when he stepped up to win a cleared ball on the floor and unleashed a first-time worldie that rocketed into the top corner from 40 yards out.  With about three minutes left in the half, Jaime Vega Espinosa pressed onto the Middlesex keeper and won a tackle that led to a tap in to bring the score to 2-1 heading into the halftime interval.  BB&N turned up the heat in the second half, with consistent threat provided by Espinosa, Matteo Sestito, and Shai Saarony, but the Middlesex defense, anchored by Bear Tibbitt '25, Falvey, and Luis Lugo Canales '28 held firm.  BB&N hit two posts in the match and Middlesex struck a crossbar and Bryan Mayhew '26 hit a screamer that went inches wide of the right post.  As the final whistle went, both teams dropped from the exertions of a wild and frenetic match.  The game displayed the technical quality and fluid movement of the BB&N attack, while Bryan Mayhew was the standout performer linking the midfield to attack for Middlesex.
