On a beautiful day at Washburn Park in Marion, MA, the Middlesex girls' cross country team pulled off two decisive wins against Tabor (18-45) and Thayer (17-46). Stella Curwin-Amfitheatrof, Cassidy Bruno, Anika Ata, Cate Corbett, and Catherine Bain worked together throughout much of the race, finishing 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th respectively. Pipsa Palatsi was not far behind in 8th place, followed by Katie Tantillo in 10th, Maggie Cabot in 11th, and Angela Huffer in 12th. 

The JV squad also had a fantastic day: Grace Fundaro and Caroline Ripsteen ran their first races of the season for Middlesex, and Sue Hayashi, Marvelous Ugwu, Jessica Wu, Celine Ding, and Charlotte Friedman all clocked personal best times. 

The team will race at home against Groton and St. George's this Friday.
