Notes:
Middlesex squared off against a disciplined and determined Tabor side in evenly played match at the ISL Showcase in Lancaster, MA.  Middlesex came out in the first ten minutes and established control of the ball, but Tabor slowly grew into the contest and found ways to apply effective pressure and spring attacks through the ever-dangerous Liam Rorke.  Middlesex thought they had broken the deadlock in the first half when Aidan O'Sullivan headed home from a set piece, but the offside flag kept the score even at 0-0.  Aidan Falvey came close as well in the first half as he struck the post, but the halftime score remained 0-0 and it was anyone's match to win.  About 20 minutes into the second half, Middlesex's Lincoln Graham took an opportunistic chance created by Olly Mylon by keeping his feet moving in the box to make it 1-0 for Middlesex.  Senior captain Chase Tilson doubled the lead less than 10 minutes later, after Yared McDonald deftly flicked on a dangerous service from Jonah Zaas for Tilson to bury.  Aidan O'Sullivan stood out for Middlesex, as he marshalled the backline to their sixth clean sheet of the young season.  Both sides battled hard and fair, as it was a great representation of the quality and sportsmanship embodied by ISL Boys' Soccer.
