Middlesex had a slow start against rival Phillips Andover as they went down 3-0 in the first sets of the game. The Zebras came firing back and tied the game, but the game continued to go back and forth with Andover holding the edge in contested ground balls, offensive sets, and caused turnovers. As the second half rolled on, Middlesex went on scoring spree to tie the game at 11, but Andover took over and sealed the win. While much credit is due to a powerful Andover team, the Zebras were not satisfied with their play overall today, and are eager to bounce back against a seasoned Deerfield team over the weekend.
