The Zebras notched two quick goals to open the game, but overall, they had a slow start in the first half. Notching 6 goals to Milton's 4, the Zebras knew they needed to adjust their attack and stiffen the defense in the second half to take a better handle of the game. Caroline Cervini was relentless on the draw and helped create many fast break opportunities. Seven players added goals and assists today, demonstrating the great depth and unselfish play of the attacking unit. The defense held Milton to four goals in the second half with leadership and great effort from Brooke Nye and Siena Bernardinelli in the defensive unit. The team will look to continue their momentum against Yarmouth High School (Yarmouth, Maine) tomorrow at home.
