It was a long exam week and a long drive to Pingree with an hour delay in game, but the Zebras came out on top after a battle against the Wildcats.
In the first quarter, the Zebras struggled on both ends of the court and had as much as a 10 point deficit. After some adjustments on defense, Middlesex bounced back. We ended the half up 29-22, and in the third quarter, we pulled away. Composure on offense and energy on defense were the two factors that led to a Middlesex victory. Julia Blum '25 was named player of the game with 17 points and outstanding defense.
