It was a record setting day for junior Sadie Millett, who clocked 20:32 over wet terrain to take two seconds off the home course record set by Gabby Walsh '20 in 2019. Millett led the team to a decisive 15-50 win against Groton. Middlesex took the top seven spots, with freshman Cassidy Bruno in second, freshman Anika Ata in third, junior Mitchell Ladd in fourth, sophomore Catherine Bain in fifth, freshman Katie Tantillo in sixth, and junior Kate McBride in seventh. Groton's top two runners crossed the line next, followed by Middlesex sophomore Maggie Cabot (10th), who scored the first points toward the Middlesex JV team's win against Groton. Also contributing to the JV victory was sophomore Sophia Yang (14th), junior Sawyer Rogers (15th), senior Megan Shi (18th), freshman Katie Chen (21st), and sophomore Jacquelyn Gao (21st). Freshman Tienming Shao also had a great day, running their first race of the season for Middlesex.
