Middlesex came out flat against the neighboring Zebras Saturday and couldn't find momentum until the end of the game.  Always trailing, the Middlesex Zebras continued to play catch-up through out the game.  There were good plays at both ends of the field, but it wasn't until the last 8 minutes of play when the Zebras found the fuel and fire to come back.  To their great credit, Middlesex never gave up and scored five unanswered goals in the last stretch to bring the game to 13-14 with 7 minutes left.  Hurley, Fehnel, Ayer, MacKeigan, and freshman duo Barron and Pratt combined for points and big plays in the midfield in the final minutes.  Austen had 6 saves on the day.  Unfortunately, it was too little too late for the win, but the Zebras walked away knowing they can play with any team with 50 minutes of full intensity.
