The Boys' Varsity Hockey team dropped a 3-2 decision in overtime in a hard-fought game played at Roxbury Latin Wednesday afternoon. Roxbury Latin opened the scoring at 9:12 of the first period to take a 1-0 lead at 13:56 of the period. Brian Cloherty tied the game for Middlesex, scoring a power play goal with assists going to Cedric Paradis and Nick Angelis. Kyle Heath scored the second goal, also on the power play for Middlesex with Henry Andres and Nick Angelis assisting. But Roxbury Latin tied the game early in the third period, scoring just as the teams returned to even strength. As both teams battled into overtime, Roxbury Latin scored on a power-play at 2:15 into the extra period to take home the victory. It was the second game between the two teams that was decided in overtime this season.
