Though sophomore Amelia Stevens lost her second game 12-14, she hung tough, and repeatedly drove to the back corners to win her match 3 games to 1. At #7, junior Dahlia Galante's strong serving and consistent volleying carried her to a 3-0 victory. Using the back corners and lobs effectively, senior Mira Handa (playing #1) fell just short against her hard-hitting opponent, 2 games to 3.
