The Middlesex Girls' Soccer team traveled to Groton, Mass. to face off against Lawrence Academy, in wet and rainy conditions.
 
Each team created scoring opportunities in the first half, and Lawrence was able to cash one in before the half time whistle to take a 1-0 lead. Unfortunately for Middlesex, Lawrence kept up the pressure and were able to score four more times in the second half.
 
Next up for MXGVS is Brooks, whom Middlesex will host on Chapel Field this Saturday.
