The Zebras had a roller coaster afternoon against an athletic Milton team. Middlesex quickly got on the board scoring three goals, but Milton came roaring back, scoring 5 unanswered goals and leaving the home team on their heels. With a quick recharge, the Zebras slowly climbed back into the game scoring 3 to Milton's 1 and evening the game at halftime 6-6. Middlesex maintained control in the second half, keeping a three to five goal lead, but with minutes remaining on the clock, Milton hit the back of the net and brought the score to within two. Several turnovers in the game by both teams caused a back-and-forth sprint, but the ball was in the stick of dependable Clarissa Hurley in the final minutes for the Middlesex win.
