With tremendous poise and athleticism, Middlesex controlled the game and beat the Bulldogs in a terrific lacrosse battle on the road, 9-4. The Zebras set the tone in the first minutes of play with an exceptional defensive hold against an athletic Nobles attack. Sparked by the intensity of the defensive unit, the offense played with composure and unselfish play throughout the game to keep the lead for the entire 50 minutes of play. Seven players scored nine goals for the Zebras demonstrating ultimate team play. Sophie MacKeigan '18 led the team in caused turnovers, ground balls, and draw controls and Fischer '18 again anchored the defense with ten saves on the day.
