Senior Mike Doherty led a furious MX comeback in the last few minutes.  MX fell behind by 13 late in the game but with 9.1 seconds remaining, Doherty hit his second consecutive three-point basket to cut the deficit to 55-53.  After a missed St. George's free throw, Jules Howell got the ball to the rim and made a nice pass to Kai Morris for the game tying basket at the buzzer.  

MX scored the first basket in OT on a Doherty drive and MX never relinquished the lead again.  Tyler Gelormini made some key free throws that clinched the victory for Middlesex, its 16th of the year. Derek Demarzo had 12 points, providing the scoring punch in the first half. The Zebras end the season with an overall record of 16-9.
