Middlesex won the opening game of the season despite a slow start.  Trailing by double figures in the first half, MX was able to cut the lead to two at the half.  Middlesex continued the run in the second half as eleven different players made their into the scoring column.  MX co-captain Julez Howell came off the bench to provide 8 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.  Junior point guard Anthony Porras led all scorers with 21 points, and sophomore Sahnai Swain-Price had 10 points and 8 rebounds.
