Middlesex earned a solid win against a strong St. Mark's squad.  The Zebras notched the first goal of the match just 1 minute and 15 seconds into the game, but St. Mark's answered just 42 seconds later to tie the game 1-1.  That would be the visitors last tally for the next 18 minutes as Middlesex controlled the game with both tenacious defense and explosive offense.  Middlesex went up 6-1, but the Lions came back to close the half at 7-4.  The Zebras came out in the second half with strength and poise taking a 10-4 lead but after a few major turnovers and two goals for the Lions, Middlesex took a moment to reboot and plan for the remaining 10 minutes of play.  The defensive unit was relentless led by goalie Fischer and MacMaster, Yonce, Bevacqua, Gildehaus, Hughes, MacKeigan, and Fehnel all added goals and/or assists at the offensive end.
