The Zebras faced ISL rival Nobles in a predictably epic battle on the Middlesex turf field.  Nobles had the edge for much of the game, but the scoring went back and forth for much of the game with a combo of assisted goals and one-on-one challenges.  Nobles took the lead, but with big defensive stops, the score was 4-3 at halftime.  The teams traded goals early in the half, but Nobles notched two more to take a three goal lead (7-4) with 18:30 remaining in the game.  The Zebras brought the score to 6-7 with 14:44 remaining thanks to terrific draw work by MacKeigan, but the Bulldogs continued to answer.  The teams continued to trade goals until the final minutes as MacMaster, Gildehaus, Yonce, and Bevacqua added to Zebra tally, but the Bulldogs made a great defensive stop and stalled out for a minute to maintain the one goal lead.  Middlesex goalie Fischer had a terrific day between the pipes as did the defensive unit of Wing, French, Hughes, and Silk.
