In a solid team effort, the Zebras handily beat Lawrence on the road today.  While the Spartans got on the board first at the 20 minute mark, the Zebras eventually settled in and picked apart the defense with terrific ball movement and patience.  Captain Emma Fehnel led the charge with five caused turnovers and four contested ground balls while Marina Bevacqua notched 2 goals, 2 assists, 2 draw controls and 3 caused turnovers.  Seven different players scored including career firsts for Elizabeth Mullaney (2 goals) and Pauline Santry.  Middlesex will look forward to another ISL matchup at Rivers on Saturday, April 30th.
