After two strong and focused practices, Middlesex came out flying against an athletic and disciplined Thayer team. Middlesex returned to its strong possession game and controlled much of the first half. Midway through the half, freshman Carly Tilson '20 scored after some dynamic ball movement in the offensive final third. From there it was a battle with both teams gunning for another goal. Finally, with less than 10 seconds left in the game, Thayer was awarded a corner kick and scored to even the game. Middlesex will carry the momentum of play into the rescheduled game against I.S.L rival Milton Academy on Monday, October 31st down in Milton, Mass.
