In our second home game of the season, the girls came out pumped and ready after an OT win by the JV team. Phenomenal play by captain Ari '17 complimented by the toughness  of Lydia '17 had MX closely trailing the St. Mark's team at half. Sophomore Avery '18 and Maria '18 helped bring a spark of energy in the second half with great defensive play. Mimi '18 had several amazing drives to the hoop keeping MX in the game with her gritty play. Ultimately, MX fell to St. Mark's in a tough fought battle that left the girls feeling satisfied with the strides thus far this season. MX will travel to New Hampshire on Saturday to take on a talented Holderness team.
